What is the smallest order you take?
Screen printing starts at 36 pieces, and you can mix sizes inside that run. Embroidery starts at 12 pieces on polos, caps and jackets.
How fast can you get my shirts done?
Put your hard date in the form and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it, before you pay anything. Rush jobs are a normal week for us, so ask even if the date feels tight.
What is this actually going to cost me?
It comes down to the garment, the quantity, and how many ink colors and print spots the design needs, and the price per shirt drops as the order gets bigger. Send the form and you get a real number back within one business day, usually the same day. If you want a rough figure first, the live pricing calculator gives you one without talking to anybody.
Do I get to see the design before you print it?
Yes. You get a mockup to look over before you pay, and the job does not go on press until you have approved it.
You are closed Friday. What if I send this on the weekend?
Send it whenever it suits you. We are in the shop Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 4PM, and anything that comes in Friday through Sunday gets answered the next business day.
Can I pick the order up myself?
Yes. Local customers pick up at our shop at 4610 S 33rd Pl in south Phoenix, and for bigger orders we can coordinate delivery.
Why not just order from one of the big online sites?
Because when you call (480) 967-4391, somebody at our Phoenix shop picks up. You approve a mockup before anything prints, you can ask questions while your job is in the works, and you can drive over and get it instead of tracking a box from another state.

We are based in south Phoenix and work with businesses, crews, and organizations all across the Metro. Local customers can pick up directly from our shop. We also coordinate delivery for larger orders.
Being local means faster turnarounds, clearer communication, and an actual person picking up the phone when you call. That is not something a national print shop offers.
