What is the smallest order you will take?
Twelve pieces on embroidery. If you need fewer than that we would rather tell you now than have you fill out a form and wait. Screen printing starts at 36 pieces.
How fast can I actually get these?
Put your hard date in the form and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it. Rush orders are a normal part of what we do here, not an exception we grumble about.
Am I going to get charged extra for setting up my logo?
We handle the file setup so your logo stitches cleanly, and the price we quote is the whole price. No hidden fees and no surprises at pickup.
Can I bring my own hats and shirts?
Yes. Bring your garments or let us source them for you. Tell us which one in the form so the quote comes back right the first time.
Do I get to see it before you make it?
Yes. You approve a mockup showing your logo on the actual garment. Nothing goes to production without your sign-off.
You are closed Friday. What if I send this on a Saturday?
Send it anyway. We are in the shop Monday through Thursday, 8AM to 4PM, and your quote goes out the next business day. Nothing gets lost over a weekend.
